Interested in trying your hand at embroidery?
This class is a fun way to dip your toes into the art of hand embroidery. You will learn the basics, including commonly used stitches, how to stitch onto a pre-designed hoop, and gain confidence to explore more advanced designs in the future.
I’ll guide you through the process step by step, from threading your needle to completing your first stitch. You'll choose from three pre-designed embroidery patterns to start stitching in class, and you'll take your piece home to finish at your leisure.
No prior experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm! This is a small class designed for beginners and offers a relaxed, personal environment, with plenty of 1:1 guidance.
Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot! I can't wait to stitch with you. :)

Hi, I'm Karen, the embroidery artist behind needle&vine and I'm excited for this workshop!
What started as a creative escape has grown into a deep love for stitching intricate, personal pieces that tell a story. Inspired by plants, pets and home decor, I bring these designs to life one stitch at a time.
Over the past four years, I’ve honed my techniques through countless commissioned pieces, bringing clients’ visions to life with intricate detail. You can see more of my work here.
While custom embroidery is at the heart of what I do, I’m excited to share my experience through workshops and help others discover the joy of stitching!
